  • Can help you promote a sales item,
  • You can contact the manufactures that you deal with and ask about Joint Ventures (JV) so that they can help subsidize your newsletter.

Note:  We can produce the newsletter for you and give you a pdf file that you can email to your customers.  This is perhaps the most cost-effective way to keep your customers informed and promote your business.

4.  We Type Reports, eBooks, Manuscripts and other Documents

  • Our well trained staff work with the latest technologies in software.  Click here to see the listing of some software we use.
  • Most reports can be completed within 24-48 hours after your order is received.  We say most reports because sometimes there are special instructions for the report.  Also, some of the reports that we compose require special features like superscripts and subscripts.  This is more of a mathematical nature, but such font manipulations do require additional time to complete as opposed to straight copy that a copy typist would normally type.
  • eBooks can be done within a few days, depending on length and special instructions.
  • Manuscripts that are to be published in the traditional book format, may have an extended period of time depending on the entire process that the publishing company or you require.  It is not uncommon for such a work to take several months to a year or more.
  • Other Documents, such as the merging of a client database with a form letter, generally can be completed in 24-48 hours and then mailed.  See number 6 below - Data Merge.

5.  We provide special formatting with our eBook typing service

Fact is, sometimes we work as a technical administrative assistant in that we help our clients, if requested, to work on an acceptable design for an eBook.  For instance, a standard that the best administrative assistant would follow has a very simple format:  Chapter followed by writing, chapter followed by more writing, and so forth.  It is a simple pattern.

Typical pattern that a book follows, such as a novel.

Notice that all the formatting is basically the same.

The technical administrative assistant would be involved more in the design and creation of an eBook that is a workbook or has special features such as workspace running down the page.

This is a format for a workbook.

In this sample the left page is not the same as the right page.  One the left side, you see a rather large space followed by a long vertical line, followed by text.  On the right page, you see the opposite as you view from left to right.  We have text followed by a long vertical line, followed by a large amount of blank space.

Sample 2 is more of a traditional book that can be made into an eBook.  An administrative assistant clerical worker would type in the information.  This information would then be ready for proof (please see the guides and procedures).  Once all the information is approved by the client, the material is then handed over to the administrative assistant designer who works with the document to put it in the required format.

6.  Data Merge

If you need a standard letter sent out to all your customers so that everyone gets the same letter but it appears customized for each individual, we can merge your current data with the form letter.

7.  Resume Services

If you or someone you know needs a resume typed then we appreciate your letting them know about our service.  Most resume can be completed within a short period of time without any additional charge for a rapid turn-a-round time.  All resumes are placed in que and completed in a first come - first server basis.  This assures everyone that their resume is handled with the same care and timely completion efforts that is part of our trademark.
